Copa de la Liga de Balompié Inglés (English Football League Cup), también conocida desde hace unos años como Copa Carabao (Carabao Cup) por razones de patrocinio, es una competencia de temporada de Inglaterra donde participan 92 instituciones de las cuatro primeras categorías del balompié inglés.
El campeón de la competición asegura una clasificación para el juego preliminar de Liga Europa Conferencia de la próxima temporada.
En la primera ronda participarán todos los equipos de la segunda (English Football League Championship), tercera (English Football League One) y cuarta división inglesa (English Football League Two).
En la siguiente ronda entrarán los clubes de la primera división (Premier League) que no participaron en las competiciones internacionales europeas (Liga de Campeones, Liga Europea y Liga Europea Conferencia).
Arsenal F. C., Aston Villa F. C., Brighton & Hove Albion, Liverpool F. C., Manchester City, Manchester United, Newcastle United y West Ham United recibieron pases directos para la tercera ronda por su participación en competiciones internacionales europeas.
